Greg Geilman is a Los Angeles native of over 40 years. One of Greg's superpowers is listening to and really hearing the needs of his clients. He particularly enjoys helping people find the perfect home that fits their needs. Integrity is #1 on Greg's priority list. Having sold property all over the South Bay, he is confident negotiating at any price range. Being a part of the top 1% of Realtors Nationwide is a true testament to Greg's experience and passion within the industry.
Monopoly was Greg's favorite board game growing up as a kid. His passion for real estate started at an early age. Greg loves being a Realtor in the greater Los Angeles area and has sold homes in cities including Redondo Beach, Torrance, Santa Monica, El Segundo, Malibu and Long Beach. A member of the trusted RE/MAX team, with years of professional experience representing clients buying and selling residential properties, he has a wide range of qualifications and a long list of happy customers. He is an excellent problem solver with over 13 years experience in the fields of technology and customer service. Having personally bought, owned and sold properties of his own, Greg understands the emotional aspects of real estate and the important role an agent plays in the process.
Greg served on the Board of Directors as the Technology Director for Leadership Manhattan Beach and on the Board of Directors for the South Bay Association of Realtors. Greg is also currently on the Professional Standards Committee with the South Bay Association of Realtors.
With his experience in technology, Greg was also asked to speak at the 2013 California Association of Realtors EXPO. His talk touched on the different ways he currently uses technology to serve his clients.
Further notable achievements include being part of the RE/MAX Platinum Club two years in a row (2012, 2013). Greg’s also a Certified Negotiation Expert, a member of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Realtors.
Greg grew up in Woodland Hills, CA, graduated El Camino Real High School and attended college at University of California, Santa Barbara. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Greg is proud to be one of the few who can truly claim to be a native Angelino. He resides in South Redondo Beach with his wife and has offices in Hermosa Beach, Torrance and Palos Verdes.
