OPEN POSITIONS

Executive Assistant

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This person is hub of our organization. You are decisive, but flexible and always keep the big picture in mind. You are a great communicator, and can help bring order to chaos through a combination of mind-reading, calendar juggling, and subtle manipulation of talent, all with as much of a sense of humor as a sense of purpose. You are an efficiency geek who loves making things streamlined and consistent. You are a team player. Having a real estate license is not essential but could be a benefit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ORGANIZATION - Sometimes playing the role of office manager, this position will keep the partners organized and on task. Tell us where to be and when to be there. Keep us prepared.
  • FILE MANAGEMENT - There's a lot of paperwork involved in buying and selling real estate. Keeping it all organized is an important feat
  • FINANCES - Pay bills. Find more affordable options
  • RESEARCH - You must be excellent at Google. Researching anything and everything is vital to our success
  • TASKS - Jumping on whatever needs to happen that day to make it successful including running errands, ordering gifts, gathering data on market trends
  • OTHER KEY TASKS - Own key office processes from answering phones, organizing workspace, filing expenses or onboarding new team members and constantly looking for ways to make processes even better.
  • CALENDAR - Plan important meetings and team/customer events, coordinate travel, and manage team lead inboxes and calendars
  • INFORMATION HUB - Serve as the information resource for teams; someone has a question about how this place works, then you have the answers

Inside Sales Associate / Lead Nurturer / Business Development

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are self-motivated, have strong communication skills and love helping people. You are confident and enjoy building relationships with people over the phone. Having a real estate license is a plus, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • PHONE - Call new leads and follow up- you are often the first point of contact for our clients. You make the initial phone call and respond to new client requests, are personable and informative about the market and capture all relevant information so the best agent can be matched with them to best service their needs. Very detail oriented and extreme note-taking is essential.
  • RELATIONSHIPS - Build trusting relationships with clients and the team, track their progress and ensure team members are responding quickly to client requests, serve as a central voice to the team
  • CALENDAR - Set appointments
  • LOCAL EXPERTISE - Know the local market inside and out including the top attributes of each key neighborhood, have a pulse on the market and approximate value of properties.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY - Keep agents on track to meet their goals. Weekly reports pulled on how many people they emailed, called, connected with, etc.
  • NETWORKING - Tracking agent networking and what they’re doing to generate business & learn about off-market inventory
  • EFFICIENT - Training agents in efficiency and follow-up
