Upcoming South Bay Events for November and December

The holiday season is nearly upon us and many events will take place throughout South Bay. From a Halloween Candy Donation to special performances, there will be a little bit of everything happening in the area. Here are some of the top choices throughout November.

Halloween Candy Donation - November 4th - 8th

Donate any unwanted candy from Halloween on November 4th through the 8th. This event will be provided by the Dental Office of Drs. Michael Z. Hopkins and Barbara J. Kane. The candy will be used, along with personal letters and entertainment items as a gift for US Service Members overseas.

TEDxManhattan Beach: Imagine That! - November 16th from 9am to 3pm

This event will provide education, inspiration, entertainment and more. This event brings together leaders in many different fields and the theme this year is Imagine That! It will happen at Manhattan Beach Middle School, located at 1501 North Redondo Avenue.

Hermosa Beach Holiday Sidewalk Sale - November 23rd 10am to 6pm

The Chamber of Commerce in Hermosa Beach will hold the 4th Annual Sidewalk Festival in the downtown area. Get some of your shopping done early at this event, which will also include live music and plenty of kid's activities.

Ticket to Ride by Warren Miller Entertainment - December 3rd from 7:30pm to 9:30pm

An anticipated film, Ticket to Ride, will be provided with plenty of fun for those in attendance. This event will happen at Redondo Union High at 631 Vincent Park.

Hermosa Beach Holiday Open House and Tree Lighting - December 5th at 6pm

Enjoy the open house and watch the lights as they are turned on for the first time. Carolers, bands, activities and so much more will be provided.

Los Angeles Ballet's "The Nutcracker" - December 28th from 5pm to 7pm

This is a classic ballet and one of the best performances of the year. It will be held for two days at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. Tickets will range from $30 to $95 per person with a 20% discount for students, seniors and children.
