South Bay Lands Multiple Spots on the Best Places for the Rich and Single

If you're searching for a rich and single person or you are a rich and single person, the South Bay area is the perfect place for you.

Not only was Manhattan Beach, California named at the top spot, but also other South Bay cities made the list. Based on population, the percentage of singles and the median family income, the list was put together with Manhattan Beach at the top.

#1 - Manhattan Beach

With a population just under 35K, over 30% single and an average median family income over $150K, Manhattan Beach took the top spot. Of course, the coastal location played a factor, as well. Many consider the area to be the best alternative to Lost Angeles. It's known for volleyball, plenty of waves, great beaches, excellent restaurants and bars and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

#4 - Hermosa Beach

Another South Bay city making the list is Hermosa Beach, California. With 19K residents, a median family income over $134K and a massive 47.5% of the population single, this is another excellent choice for the rich and single. The vibe is very relaxed and many residents enjoy outdoor activities, such as running, biking and heading to the beach. This is a great place to find someone in excellent physical condition.

#13 - Marina del Rey

Found a little north of the Beaches of South Bay, Marina del Ray, California also made it onto the list. The population is around 9,600 with over 39% single and a median family income of $110K. This waterfront playground is perfect for singles and provides a great place for the soon-to-be-rich, as well. Those on their way up can afford the area and maybe even a boat to dock in the marina.
