Putting Your Best Foot Forward

Selling South Bay real estate is all about making your home stand out from the competition. Getting the most money for your home involves presenting the listing to the most potential buyers. The Internet has revolutionized our real estate market. For buyers, it has brought the invaluable advantage of being able to explore properties from the comfort of their own computers.

For a Realtor listing your home, your online presence is a tremendous opportunity to make an impactful first impression. Maximizing this impact is our greatest responsibility when it comes to online marketing. How many great homes simply get overlooked because they weren’t presented professionally? Cluttered countertops, bad lighting, low resolution images and unflattering angles are all examples of what NOT to do. This video is an example of my recent showcasing of a Hermosa Beach listing.

At the core of the most effective real estate listings are the photos of the actual property; a thousand words are not going to have the same impact as a crystal clear photo of a shimmering pool framed by brilliant landscaping. You can have the most exquisite outdoor entertainment area, but if the photo displayed on the listing is too dark or blurry, it serves no purpose and can easily cause buyers to disregard the property entirely.

Your listing will shine when we put our best foot forward. Get the most money from selling your home by choosing a professional Realtor that understands the value of presenting your property in ways which will maximize it’s fullest potential.
