Fishing with Dynamite is a restaurant found in Manhattan Beach. This restaurant features dishes from Chef David LeFevre and he's making a splash all over the country. Chef LeFevre has already received many awards from local publications and recently was the subject of an article found in the New York Times.

He started as an intern under Chef Charlie Trotter in Chicago. From there, he took his career to France, Japan, Australia, Europe and the Caribbean.

After spending a little time globetrotting, Chef LeFevre earned a Michelin start at Water Grill. He made his way to Manhattan Beach as the Chef at Manhattan Beach Post. This restaurant earned many awards under Chef LeFevre before he opened Fishing With Dynamite.

This restaurant is a reflection on the roots of Chef LeFevre and provides soulful, handcrafted and artisanal dishes. Some of the entrees you will find at Fishing With Dynamite include:

Fishing With Dynamite is located at 1148 Mahnattach Avenue in Manhattan Beach. They are open from 5pm to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11:30am to 10:30pm on Fridays, 10am to 10:30pm on Saturdays and from 10am to 10pm on Sundays.
