A very popular event is once again back to turn Mount Hermosa into the place to be on Saturday, December 7th. The Spyder Snow Fest will be held in Hermosa Beach, which will be turned into Mount Hermosa, and will provide a slope-style park for snowboarders to enjoy. It will feature rails, cars and boxes for all types of fun.
The people at Mountain High will actually be providing something a little different this year by decorating Pier Avenue with more than 60 tons of fluffy and cold snow. If you miss the snow, you can enjoy it throughout the day.
Last year the Snow Fest wasn't able to happen, but Spyder, Mountain High and the snowboard industry have partnered to make it happen this year. Throughout the event, many things will happen including a riding exhibition from the Mountain High Team and plenty of vendors with free goodies.
You can come out and play games, enjoy contents and have all types of fun in the snow. The event will start at 1pm on December 7th and will run until 7pm. They will even allow some snow tubing at the end of the event.
Riding at the Fest
If you're interested in riding at Snow Fest, this year, there are 10 open spots. You need to submit your video to the Mountain High video contest and if you're chose, you will get to ride at the Fest. Get your video in before it's too late.
